Let's Get Deep Into Post-Zigi-Break-Up Zayn's Very Emo Instagram Caption

It's been 12 years less than a week since Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid, a very good-looking couple of about two years, broke up. In that time, Zayn has posted 11 photos of himself to Instagram, many of which have very 2006-ish filters on them. One of them, in particular, has a super emo caption to go with it.

"When Life throws you lemons , catch em so they don’t hit you in the fucking face," he laments. This is the first thing he's said since his half of the official Zigi break-up statement, in which he said he has "a huge amount of respect and admiration" for his ex.

It's unclear how exactly Zayn has caught his aforementioned lemons, but it very well could be that he's making cathartic lemonade via selfies. Stars: they're just like us, etc., etc.!
